Agreement to Terms

When you use LGN Laguna Niguel Tree Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We provide professional tree care services in Laguna Niguel, CA and surrounding areas.

Services Description

We offer tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related tree care services. Each service is quoted individually based on your specific needs. Prices may vary depending on tree size, location, accessibility, and complexity of the work.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe or not feasible. Your safety and our crew's safety always come first.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes are provided free of charge. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was assessed during the initial quote.

We'll always inform you of any price changes before we begin work. You have the right to decline additional services or cancel the project if costs increase beyond your budget.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.

If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.

We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your scheduled service.

Property Access and Damage

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. We take great care to protect your property during our work, but you should remove or secure any valuable items in the work area.

While we carry full insurance, you're responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic tanks, or other hidden infrastructure before we begin work. We're not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed property features.

Permits and Regulations

You're responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree work on your property. We can advise you on when permits might be required, but it's your responsibility to check with local authorities and secure proper approvals.

If we arrive to perform work and discover required permits are missing, we may need to reschedule the service until proper permits are obtained.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all our employees. We're not liable for damage to your property beyond the scope of our insurance coverage.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, let us know within 7 days and we'll work to make it right. However, we can't guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other treatments, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
